Zack pham
Chef Zack Pham is currently the Chef de Cuisine at Michelin-starred Le Jardinier in Miami.
Born and raised in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Chef Zack began his career in hospitality with a strong connection to his cultural heritage. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with a focus on entrepreneurship and a minor in hospitality from Florida Atlantic University, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Culinary Arts. His first exposure to Michelin-level dining came during an internship at Le Jardinier in 2019, where he developed the foundational skills that have shaped his approach to fine dining. He was promoted to Chef de Cuisine four months after becoming Sous Chef at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, demonstrating his commitment to excellence.
Before joining The Bastion Collection, Chef Zack worked at the Waldorf Astoria in Boca Raton, FL. His previous experience also includes renowned establishments such as Stubborn Seed and Le Bernardin (3 Michelin stars), where he was a stagiaire. He remains dedicated to fostering a collaborative environment, preserving traditional techniques, and maintaining the high standards expected in Michelin-level kitchens.
